Tim has been active in business and investment in Australia since 1984. Prior to Dorado Tim gained a wide range of commercial experience at organisations such as Woodside, Ernst & Young, Parker & Parker, Hartleys and Gemcom.
More detailsTim has had a 27 year career in accounting, finance, stockbroking and property. Tim has a BSc (Hons), an MBA, is a Certified Practising Accountant and is a Master of the Stockbrokers Association of Australia.
Tim was for many years CEO of Hartleys Limited – an associate company of Royal Bank of Canada's RBC Dominion Securities and Westpac Banking Corporation. Tim was a non-executive director of Challenger eFinancial Capital Limited – an ASX-listed fund managed by Challenger Funds Management. Tim was a foundation director of Poynton Funds Management, an Australian equities manager sold to Challenger, and Poynton Asia a Singapore-based asset Management joint venture with NM Rothschild of London.
Tim was until 2008 a director of Gemcom Software International, Inc, a Toronto Stock Exchange-listed company and a leading global provider of general mine planning software. Gemcom was acquired by The Carlyle Group.
Until November 2009, was chairman of Cintellate a global leader in health, safety and environmental software that was acquired by SAI Global Limited.
Tim's community activities have included board positions with the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Kids Help Line, Opera WA and Axiss Australia (the national agency responsible for promoting Australia as a global financial centre). He is a past chapter chairman of the Young Presidents' Organisation in Western Australia.
In 2007 Tim completed the Private Wealth Management programme run jointly by the Institute of Private Investors and the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in the United States and in 2010 completed Curtin Business School's Graduate Certificate in Property Investment.

Thomas McClung
Thomas has had 18 years experience with leading national developers in both Scotland and Australia. His senior positions have included a broad range of responsibilities across the acquisition and planning stages of developments through to project completion. This has covered master-planned communities, high-rise apartments, land-sub-divisions, executive housing and hotels.
More detailsThomas graduated from Glasgow Caledonian University with a BSc (first class Hons) in Quantity Surveying whilst working at CALA Homes, Scotland's leading developer of executive homes. Twelve years at CALA Homes saw Thomas progress to commercial manager, where he was responsible for a large team undertaking the feasibility and contract administration responsibilities for over $700m worth of developments in the East of Scotland. Thomas was a key member of the management team and contributed significantly to profit margin growth, processes and staff development.
In 2004 Thomas immigrated to Western Australia, joining Mirvac WA as a contract administrator on the $1b master-planned 'Burswood' development, following which he was appointed as the leading cost planner for the $230m multi-award winning 'Point' development in Mandurah.
Thomas was then appointed development manager for the Mirvac-BHPB Strategic Alliance, where he worked with BHPB on tackling the housing shortages at Newman and Port Hedland. Thomas then managed the planning stages for the 'Jane Brook' and 'Dianella' developments before taking on the role of senior development manager for the $170m 'Port Hedland Hotel' project.
In his most recent role at Peet Ltd, Australia's leading land syndicator, Thomas led the project team at 'Lakelands', a new Mandurah suburb. 'Lakelands' is a $450m, 426ha master-planned community which will ultimately comprise 2,500 residential properties. In this time the project team achieved significant debt reduction whilst substantially increasing the annual profit from forecast and Lakelands became the highest selling development in the southern suburbs. This role also involved heading up the consultant team in the design of Lakelands' 1,000 lot Eastern Precinct and District Town Centre.
In addition Thomas guided the Byford and Mundijong land-holdings (240ha of land in Serpentine Jarrahdale) through complex Town Centre and District Structure Plans.
Thomas has extensively been involved in promoting the property industry through schools and universities in both Scotland and Australia.

Peter Packer
Peter has over eight years experience in property development, working with some of Australia's largest and most successful developers and more recently with 333 Real Estate, a real estate investment advisory group associated with KordaMentha. In this role Peter undertook independent development reviews of residential and commercial development projects, and facilitated the sale of more than 70 properties across metropolitan and regional Western Australia, comprising a total realisation in excess of $100m.
More detailsFollowing obtaining a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia and a Graduate Certificate in Property Investment from Curtin University, Peter joined Stockland working as an assistant project manager of multiple subdivision developments in Perth's southern corridor.
In 2004, Peter joined LWP Property Group as the site operations coordinator at the Ellenbrook development, following which he moved on to become project manager of subdivision developments in Aubin Grove, Jane Brook and Port Denison.
From 2006 until joining 333 Real Estate, Peter was a development manager with Mirvac in both Western Australia and New South Wales, developing 'Meadow Springs' and 'Seascapes' in Mandurah / Halls Head and 'Magenta Shores' at The Entrance on New South Wales' Central Coast. These developments all combined land subdivision and built form, with funding provided by wholesale or retail development funds.
Peter was more recently an associate director with 333 Real Estate, a real estate investment advisory group associated with KordaMentha, where he was responsible for undertaking independent development reviews for various clients, the transaction management of various real estate assets, and the development management of multiple sub-division and built form developments.
Peter's independent development review role saw him review various residential and commercial development projects within Western Australia, where he made recommendations based on his assessment of factors such as the current and future value of the development in relation to its funding requirements, the status of any development approvals, the ability of the management team to complete the development, the marketing strategy's effectiveness, and the relationship and capability of any appointed consultants, builders or contractors.
The transaction management role saw Peter facilitate the sale of over 70 real estate assets controlled by KordaMentha with a combined realisation in excess of $100m. Peter's development management role permitted him to enhance asset value prior to realisation by either obtaining relevant authority approvals and / or managing the completion of partly constructed subdivision and built form developments in metropolitan and regional Western Australia.

Nathan Chisholm
Nathan has worked at Dorado Property since early 2010 as a research analyst. Nathan undertakes market, planning and demographic research at Dorado Property as well as feasibility analysis, to assess the viability of potential projects.

Nathan has worked in the Planning and Engineering departments of the City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder, where he was responsible for assessing the development potential for vacant land, undertaking a parks and gardens audit and reviewing the City's waste management processes.
